Starting November 1st, Argentina will open its borders to all foreign vaccinated travelers without the need of quarantine upon arrival.
After a long period of closed borders the South American country has announced the opening of its borders to neighboring countries on October 1st to then follow up with all foreign nationals in November.
The resolution comes after weeks of a continued drop on covid-19 cases and a significant advance in their vaccination program. As of today 50% of the entire country’s population has received the full vaccination scheme and the government is now moving to teens as the next target demographic.
This is great news for adventure lovers everywhere as the best time to visit the world-famous Patagonia Region is from October to April. In addition, the Antarctic season with cruises departing from Ushuaia in the southernmost tip of the country is also confirmed.
